Last Saturday, marked the first of several bridal showers for my sweet and lovely sister, Anna, who is getting married this coming December. I am so excited for Anna as she ventures into this new phase of life with her soon-to-be-husband, Bryon! Anna is such a loving and caring person, and will make a wonderful wife to Bryon!
This particular shower, on Saturday, was a co-ed shower for Anna to enjoy with Bryon. I really like the concept of co-ed wedding showers. They allow the groom to have his friends there, as well, showing their support of the marriage. After all, the wedding is about both the bride and the groom, and there are certain gifts that the groom would find just as exciting as the bride would (such as lanterns and pans for camping). In the next couple weeks, we will have a few more showers that will be more focused on Anna (and blessing her with household goodies), but for now, enjoy some pictures from this past shower.

Everybody looks so good! So happy for the soon to be married couple! (It is weird when the boys outnumber the girls! Once Kelsey got married, since Bethany has two sons, the guys officially now outnumber the girls in our family!! Weird!!)
